Weight jacking
"The car had a right pull after the alignment. We adjusted caster to compensate and it wasn’t enough to stop the pull completely. We then adjusted the front torsion bars (ride height) about ¼” offset. The pull is gone. You can’t see the front ride height difference. "
I HAD NEVER HEARD THE TERM "WEIGHT JACKING" BEFORE. IS THIS A COMMON TECHNIQUE? THANKS, JP |

Weight jacking is when the suspension is out of balance for a special reason.
Oval track cars often do this because they only have to turn one way. You might want to look into getting your car corner balanced. If you or someone lowered your car there is a chance they did not do so and you might be out of whack. |

Check this thread out...it is the definitive corner balance/weight jacking thread.
* CORNER balanced - numbers from this...and the weight I jack the weight on my 911 at the track simply to equalize my braking ability; I like to brake in a straight line. Nascar guys do it for the bias, they call it wedge.
