3.2 Conversion

I'm finally ready to do the conversion. I need the fittings to feed and drain the turbo. Can you tell me where I can find what I need? Using a K27 and will drain into the drain plug.

thanks,
Ben

Ben,

I went with a GSF drip tank then used AN fittings to go straight to the scavange pump then the scavange to the lower valve cover. It works well. I don't remember sixes at the moment but I think it was a -8 to -6 conversion fitting then -6 to the pump with a -6 to 10mm metric adapter then a -6 to 10mm adapter to a -6 180 on the pressure side then a -6 to 3/8 NPT fitting into the valave cover. the only thing I don't remember is if it was 10 mm or 12 mm adapter though you could figure that out easily by looking at PET for the size of the banjo bolts the factory used. Hope that helps

Here is what I used (many thanks to Jerry Brinkley for posting):

excuse me for a second

I believe I ordered mine from BAT Inc in FL (not 100% certain). You can source other parts through Ben at M&K like Tial wastegates, Garrett Turbos, exhaust, etc.

Do you need a Protomotive FPR? I might be selling mine soon.

Good luck and the 3.2 turbo conversion is a blast to drive!

Cheers,
Darrell

The proto unit is plug and play, no adjusting, so once it's all set up you just go for it!

To be honest I have never dynoed mine and I really should and/or get AFRs, I just go off plug colour which really haven't changed since non turbo.

You're in for a treat I wish I could have that first night again when I took mine for the first test drive! I was so blown away and I only run .5bar!!
