80% throttle, how much less power?

Hello,

my throttle linkage is blocked at 80% throttle position.
How much more power can I expect with 100% throttle?

thanks
Falk

20%?
Isn't throttle plate movement and resulting air flow near linear or does it taper near full open or full shut?

I suspect less then 20%, the gap looks big, even at 80%.

I know you guys go often on the dyno, maybe you have
the chance to check it.

Falk, take it on the autobahn and tell us what the top speed is .. that will give you an idea how much you're losing

It's a function of open area, and it's not linear. You get the biggest change in area the first 5% of throttle plate movement and the least in the last 5%.

There was a chart somewhere on the web that showed throttle body opening as a relation to plate angle, but I can't it right now. I guessing it's less than 10%.
