You will get alot of opinions. It was alot of trial and error with me. My car has cams, polished heads, 7006, no cat, bb dual exhaust...etc..etc. Certain plugs work for some setups and others don't run as well. Inmop denso w24esr-u pregapped .032 works for me. I want a plug for top end. 90% hwy driving for me. The only thing I don't like is the warm up time in cold weather. It takes me approx 2-3 times to turnover in cold weather.

I have the same ignition and I use Bosch W4CS and gapped them at .040"
They are silver tipped plugs.

Works perfect here in Florida year round and probably would in Canada too.

I gap .040 as well, with NGK racing plugs, R5671A8. Always had good luck with NGK in other applications, and anything with the word "race" next to it just turns me on. Ran with 7 heat range for a spell, but thought they were just a little too hot.
