front bumber removal?

Can anyone explain how to remove the front bumber on a 930? I need to switch a light housing to euro-style.

Remove the rubber impact strip - there is a screw on each end and plastic tabs in a groove down the backside holding it on.

Then remove the 2, 8mm nylocks holdong the rubber bellows on to each end.

Then the 13mm nylocks holding the bumper to the bumper shock/strut studs and it will slide off. (They are under the rubber impact strip you remove)

My car has a couple [2 on each side] 8mm bolts holding the spoiler to the fender. My spoiler comes off with the bumper.

You also have to disconnect the wiring for the blinkers and fog lights.
