Running rich need help

Hi i running rich is there a adjustment that i can make?
1987 Porsche 930

Also i would like to buy the Andial fuel enrichment kit, where do i get it and how much?
At high rpms it seems like the car runs out of fuel? or hesitates not sure of the problem.
Is this kit easy to install?

I have not cats and running a B B exhaust and there is alot of black soot in the tail pipe?
