935 and GT1 eye candy

A few pics from today at Queensland Raceway.
The factory has these two cars in Aus at present doing the rounds of various events and shows - a great opportunity to see, hear and touch them
Great PR on the part of Porsche and very much appreciated.

Nice butt!

Are these the same ones "in the shed" at Bathurst? How long are they down under?

Yes, same cars.
They are doing a number of appearances down here.
The 935 is off to Perth in a week or two for the opening of new Porsche showrooms in Perth, then they both return to Germany.

Those 935 axles with the rubber coupler like a big BMW drivshaft guibo were usually made of titanium. Incredibly expensive parts nowadays.
