Something else I thought about it that VIR has a nice little karting track. It's about $50 for a 1/2 hour, but you can run the snot out of them. Drafting, bumping, trading paint, passing in the grass is all good fun unless they've change the rules.

WAZZZZZZZZZZZZUP all my turbo beeyatches and brethren!!!

Finally coming up for air after having my nose too long at work/new biz/family yadah yaddah yah grindstone.

Awesome what our 'little' gathering has turned into. From Paulx2, to Miguel, and to all the original crewe from last year (give it up to the North East boyz and the FUNUGUY Kris), Looking forward to seeing everyone this year!!!

Pete, yo doin at great job getting it together this year brother, even while completely restoring a 930.

BTW, this event is making noise all the way over in Porschafornia....We even have some West Coasties flying in for the occasion. Two of my LA canyon running homies will be there to partake in the sacred worship at our flat-6 boost revival... Hallelulah brothers and can i hear an amen!!!

As for me, in the little spare time I have, I've been working on building a set of killer old-school style 10.5 and 13.5x 17 track wheels based off my old CCW wheels. Oh, and installing a Stage 2 Kennedy clutch, some suspension teaks.

Cant wait to blow flames and mix it up with u guys... in the immortal words of the Gabemeister... gonna be epic!

Welcome back Justin!

I'm on the fence on whether to come or not. With my car's gearing it's no fun cruising 80mph with engine revving close to 3800rpm for hours on end. But I suppose I could cruise at 3200 rpm and live with cars passing me like I'm standing still until I feel like experiencing a boost. Man, I wish I have 5th gear or stock gearing.

Should I come? I know it's a no brainer!

I am feeling the urge to fab up a quick turbo kit for the mustang before the event. Maybe Ill hit her with a 100 shot and pray that some of the 930s that show up are stock ...

your stang will BLOW the doors off every single turbo low compression ratio 930 on the planet coming off slow corners...

spray in a 100 shot of nitrous and the correct amount of extra fuel to go with it and they won't keep up with you until you run out of nitrous.

Yeah, you're right...after going for a short drive today I thought my 930 needs real driving. So, I'm committed! Also, signed up for track day on Sat but only for the Hyperdrive portion.

Just tried booking a room for this event but the price is $79/night?!? It appears that $44/night is for immediate use. Checked out the rate for next week...it comes out to $49/night. So, I'll wait a week before this event to book.

Looking forward to meeting you fellas and for turbo boosting experience!

What fun is 540 completely reliable HP anyhow??... part of the thrill of these cars is not knowing exactly what is going to happen when u crank the boost
