He made that seem so easy. You have vid of the car itself going down the strip?

Thats exactly what I told Bello, that video don't do any justice from the outside you can really appreciate the acceleration but next time we will have one, that was on E85 and we drove 1 hour to the track

Yes the turbo tail is gone, right now we are testing few things, Me and Bello are not seen eye to eye my solution is very simple BOOST! The more the better that is what is going to take to get us into the low 9s and eventually the high 8s, 35 PSI will take us there Guarantee at 18 we are FAR away, we changed the tail and now the car has a water/air intercooler and bigger turbos BUT who knows maybe he will listen soon

So far the best time for the current car is 9.55 and the best MPH is 162mph, the record is 9.16 @ 161MPH so we are close but no cigar...............yet

Juan, A quick judge of potential ET based on speed is a simple equation

1320 (divided by speed) = best potential ET

ex. 1320 / 156mph = 8.47

Granted thats for a full on drag car. Eddie's car is far from that but it does show he could see 8's without an ounce more power. Just a nasty quick 60'.

With that said, I would love to see 35psi.... imagine 170mph in the 1/4. But power up top does little for ET, you gotta 60'

I didn't see any wheel hop issues that I normally see when Porsches are launched hard. What's been done to the suspension? Any thing that's been done specifically for drag racing?

I reviewed the video on the first post several times and saw the car bog down off the line. IMO, it would be to Eddie's advantage to work on the technique at the present boost level, I think .2 to .3 improvement on the ET can be realized.

BTW, what is the 60' time? If the car hooks up well the 60' time should be in the 1.33 sec range. Looks like 1.25 sec for a 9 sec ET.
