Im looking at a 930 to maybe purchase. The VIN tells me its an 1984 RoW and the photo of the car has a single exhaust, speedo is in MPH. im wondering how many countries outside the U.S. use MPH. first comes to mind is the UK. Were 930 sold in the UK left hand drive? or weere there ever any right hand drive 930?
thanks for your thoughts and comments

I have an 83' ROW 930 and the car came to the US with a MPH speedo, and the standard exhaust out the drivers side, left hand drive, etc.

These cars had to be "federalized" when they came into the states and should have papers to show that this happened. Of course, depending on how many people have owned the car once it came into the states depends on if you will get the papers...

Looking at the pictures of the car in the link I would say at first glance it is an euro or ROW 930. Has the ROW rear bumper, and the euro side turn signals. Not sure if they changed the front lower valance in 84' from 83' on the 930 like they did on the 911, but it looks like it has had either H4's or possibly H5's put in place of the factory sugar scoop headlights.

Here is a pic of the rear of an 83' ROW 930. Hope this helps you out. Of course my car has a zork and not a muffler...
