what size tires are you guys running
I have a 84 930 turbo It has 345 40 15 on the rear and 225 50 15 on the front, the sticker on the door says 285 40 15(they don't make anymore according to the tire shops).

no 930s historically ran very wide 15s it is just hard to get tires for these now.
For example, I have a set of bbs wheels with 345 and 245 15s...........there are many pics of 930s with these here. Finding tires is very hard though so I run the stock fuchs.

The 935 dp's had 225/50-15 and 345/35-15.
The common big tire set up now is 255/40-17 and 315/35-17 although some folks have been able to fit 275/40-17 in the front. Here's mine with 255 and 315: ![]()

Depends on what I am doing.
I have a couple of set's. So it depends. Here is what I can say! 1. My tire compounds and Wheel size and off-sets are application specific. 2. The weight of the wheels are different too and tires, this is factored also into my suspension settings. Performance of the vehicle and gearing should be factored too. So it depends on you're present settings and the weak points in terms of handling and traction requirements. Also my vehicle is very ( VERY ) very light. The Colin Chapman has grave-yard school girl giggles <- yes that kind of light.
