Help with battery for slant nose
I bought a replacement battery for my 89 Factory Slant. I have had good experience with Interstate batteries so according to Interstate's website the correct battery for an 89 (505) is MTP-49/H8. I picked one up and its huge, does not look like it fits. I tried a few times to get it in there but no luck. The car had a small off brand battery that was with the car when I bought it.
Any tips on how to shoehorn this thing in or anyone recommend a suitable interstate model?
I removed the factory linkage covers and the drivers side light linkage and I still can't get it half way in.
