best clutch application

As my clutch going slowly to spin sometimes under full boost I need advice what clutch and pressure plate should I install. I seen that many use KEP. My car is now around 360 hp but will go to 400 hp max. I like to drive hard, spin wheels so need high torque capacity setup. I need some advice.

I have a stage II and think the weight of the pedal is not bad.

It can withstand (I know I'm going to get crap for this) full throttle drops in 2nd gear.
