Crank pulley bolt torque specs?

What are the torque specs for the crank pulley? Looking in the manual, there are two numbers, 80 and 170 ft lbs for two different items. I have the double pulley (Alt and AC), but wanted to make sure I'm looking at the right animal before I crank up 170 ft lbs on the bolt. It just seems high...

Thanks, I set it at 100 ft lbs, so it looks like I'm good (although I usually max it out :) ).

Just realized I was looking at Nm's as well...
