Help ID this turbocharger

Working on John's (aka "citrus") engine per his engine drop thread:

engine drop

I am not familiar with his turbocharger. The compressor housing says "ITS" on it. The hot side appears to be T3 flange, and of "normal" size. The cold side is just enormous. Anybody recognize this set up?

You maybe can't see it in this photo, but the compressor outlet is quite large. I'd say its maybe 2x bigger diameter than a K27. It also appears that the tin has been modified to accommodate this larger compressor housing. I also noted that the factory intake plumbing to the compressor inlet has been modded to make it larger.

Yep...I did that too (after I posted).

Further searching reveals that they are out of business, but it sounds like folks from Innovative Turbo Systems opened a new shop...comp turbo.
