930 rear bearing nut torque
Can anyone confirm the 231 ft lbs for the casellated nut on a 1989 turbo is correct? Thanks

Per the manual, condensed version:
1. Tighten to 145 ft-lbs and check axial play. 2. If more than 5/100 mm tighten to 217 ft-lbs to crush sleeve and recheck axial play. Should be between 4/100 and 1/100. 3. Repeat #2 until axial play is within spec. Torque could raise to 325 ft-lbs in order to crush the sleeve.
