930 LOVE : Heliolps
So, I decide to head over by my tuner's shop today because he mentions that he's having a BMW-M/Dyno day. He also mentions there may be a porsche guy or two. So I head over in the Bimmer and as I'm driving up I see this 993 with a GT2 wing on the dyno...now the car is familiar, but I can't place it. So get up close then it hits me, It's Heliolps' car. I introduce myself and we chat a bit and he says, "go ahead, take it for a spin...I trust Ya." WTH, ok. Let me tell ya guys, Heliolps' car is wickedly fast.
How many guys do you know would hand you the keys to there modded 930 and say go ahead take it for a spin...Not many that's for sure. That's some porsche family love I tell ya. Heliolps, congrats on the car and being an awsome down-to-earth guy. Shoot me a pm when you're heading back over to Franks. Mitch    The red one is mine

Very nice, and quite the gesture. I must also say, that the majority ;-) of the guys here are great guys.

Great story. Great minds think alike. I am building my 930 since I sold my Dinan E36 M3 and I too have an S4R for some fun.

Nice cars. I will admit I would be hesitant handing the keys of my car to another person, maybe a little less so if it's another turbo owner.

We understand the cars. My neighbor gave me the raigns to his steed but if course my car was nearly the same setup other than his 3.6 swap. I/he would not be so quick to have some one unfamiliar drive it.

Hey Mitch, thanks for the complement , I'm glad that we meet , your're a very cool cat, I would like to get together some soon and trade Porsche story's, I will be at Franks on Saturday at 11am to redyno my car and put on FMU so that i get more fuel on top , Frank is a really great guy, Can you give me a call at any time I'm up late , aleast until midnite everyday 210-473-7158 , I haven't figured out to Pm on this site yet.
