I need a torque value. Please :)

I am looking for a torque value for the rocker ( cup/stud) nut. I am currently doing my valve adjustment and I have yet to find a torque for these nuts. I am using the back-side method at 0.004" gap.

Thanks.. I found the answer to be 20 ft-lb per John Walker.
