Need help with fuel pump relay trigger

Can anyone tell me where the brown wire with red stripe goes that triggers the relays in a 88 930. I'm not getting any trigger from it I beleave it's a negative trigger. Does it come from DME, or?? Why would in not be working? Anyone, help?
Thanks,
Kelly

I can safely say it's not the DME

Yep, there isn't a DME on CIS equipped cars (i.e., 930's). Where exactly are you finding that wire (it's general location)? I have a real hard time following the Porsche wiring schematics.

Have you taken the time to peruse the "car won't start" sticky at the top of the postings list? You'll find a virtual treasure trove of info on all the stuff that can prevent your pump(s) from running.
