The one on the right is venting from oil tank and the one at the left is for venting turbo catch tank (if I remember correct yours is not vented, so plug it)

For the AAV I think this is the right one:

BTW: Use the Pelican parts catalog, there you'll find some infos about hose routing too

Well I pulled the plug and looks like it is M20 x 1.5 thread, neither "speed shop" by my house had anything that would work.
One guy even said (as he was removing the plug from the IC) "there ain't anything in there, is there?"

Is the OD of an AN12 fitting ~3/4"?
I think it is a 3/4" hose form the IC to the AAR, correct?

AN-12 hose has 17.47mm inner diameter...

In general: Measurements are metric at Porsches. So you just find something close at best when using inch, which is ok for a rubber hose

Is the 930 down pipe 2 or 2.75"
What about the OD of the K27?
And the IC is 3" correct?

Need to buy a few couplers and clamps, thanks!

UPDATE:
I was able to locate a 965 charge tube and is on its way, as are remaining silicone clamps and hose.

I was also able to find a AN12 to M20 * 1.5 fitting that I am hoping will fit the threads on the IC so I can connect it to the AAR.

I do have one question because I am using the 965 IC, the recirc manifold was removed as was teh decel valve. I do have the two open lines on the intake manifod which need to be plugged. Can I simply use the same hose which was attache the valve and connect the two lines together and clamp? As they both stem from the same line anyway.

I hope to be able to fire this up in the next few weeks, just that there has been a delay in sourcing some odds and ends that I had not planned for.

Finally had a weekend to get a few more things done.

Capped the Decel ports, mounted wastegates and boost lines,965 charge pipe, mounted IC, Attached AAR to IC, mounted airbox (IC and airbox will come off again for install).

Here is a little info about -AN fittings.

Divide the size of your AN fitting by 16 and that gives you the fractional size.

For instance a -6an fitting is 3/8 because 2 is the common denominator of 6 and 16.

2 goes into 6 THREE times (over) 2 goes into 16 EIGHT times. Thus 3/8

-12an is 3/4 as 4 is the common denominator.

4 goes into 12 THREE times (over) 4 goes into 16 FOUR times. Thus 3/4.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, I ended up determineing the threads on the plug in my IC was M20 so I was able to find a M20 to AN12 fitting. Although the ID of the AN12 was ~3/4" the OD was huge! So I picked up another AN 12 fitting to reduce it so it would fit in a 3/4" hose. And you can see the result. It sticks off the IC a bit, but works well.

What does the port on the back of the airbox connect to? The carbon filter?

Thanks!

What oil tank do you have off the turbo? I am installing the same 993HE Y pipe and the stock tank does not clear the left WG tube. This is with a K27 HFS.

Its B&B style, but not sure of the exact barnd. Bought it form a fellow on this board who had it lying around. I know Brian carries some GSF oil tanks ~110 w line and adapter, otherwise directly from B&B is pricey. This is what they quoted me when I was looking (but I had to show proff that I had thier headers, which I thought was silly.)
Tank $195.00
Adapter $75.00
Line $60.00

Let me know if you would need some measurements of the tank I have. It is mounted on a 7200.

FYI Jamie we just started production of oil tanks Made By us that are very similar to the GSF and the B&B tanks they will fit no problem. and are cheaper then the above quoted prices. Sorry Jeremy wish I knew you were going to get beaten up like that on the price.

No, but I have bought those tanks for a few guys. Ben and I are producing our own tanks now that are similar but will have provisions for oil drain and top vent. I'll be testing them next week.

Brian is there a need for the vent? Or are you adding it to keep the connection to the airbox intact?

The vent would help you prevent some blowby on the turbo seals I would think but would also suck some oil vapor into the airbox but I imagine there was a reason the factory did it so it cant be bad. It would also be a vacuum breaker when using a scavenge system but might not be advantagous to have a vacuum on the drip tank when draining back to the engine case.
