PS 355mm (14") front 91-94 Turbo 965 brake rotors!

Finally on: fit great, took 2 hours to install first rotor, 1hr to install second: re-spaces factory Big Red/Big Black (or S4) caliper with slightly modified pad (pads will come pre-modified) or instructions if you wish to use your own compound. 100% annulus coverage! Brakes feel great! Hats were designed by me, Engineer-verified by Brembo's ProSystems & Mfr'd by ProSystems. Shown on 18x9 Fikse wheel, 245/35 tire on my 944 Turbo S (same rotor offset as 965). Hopefully Pelican will pick up this package.

"F50 Type" brake setup using an S4 caliper: $1400 total kit where the Brembo Gran Tourismo kits average $3200.

Is the slotting facing the ideal direction? I always thought they would be put opposite as you have to let the water slide away easier and less harder on the pads. This is just me, I have not done any scientific research on this.

Anyways, how much for just the hats and floating rotors assuming these are a direct bolt on to a '94 turbo 3.6.

Ok, decided to read about this slot direction thing before I get bashed. It all depends on the direction of the internal vanes of the rotor, the surface slotting does not matter which direction it goes.

Correct IMONBOOST; internal vane direction comes first...

Same price for the '94 3.6T, as you still need to re-space the caliper which requires the brackets and custom-length bolts.

Mark,
Will these fit under 17s or are 18" rims a minimum?

The 4" rule persists: 14" rotor + 4" = 18" wheel minimum.

Sorry Dale, I don't own a 930 to test it on, only 944TS/928S/965.

I'm sure you could adapt it: just need to have an intelligent shop make you an adapter set out of 6061 Aluminum. I could sell you the rotors & even have a set of S4 calipers available as well: $1750 for all + SH. Not sure how much S/H would be to the UK...haven't price anything that heavy in a while.
