930 cis / SC fuel filter help

I am trying to hook the 930 CIS lines to fuel filter in my SC and it looks like the fitting on the filter is different.

Any one else have this issue and how did you solve? Would switching to a 930 fuel filter work or can i just swap the fitting. I am afraid if I change filters the bottom fitting on the 930 filter is then different from the SC supply line.

Could someone also confirm which lines from the 930 CIS connect to the filter and accumulator?

In doing a part search, the filters are different for the SC and the Turbo, the Fuel Accumulators are also different.
Where there is a similarity is the line that runs from the accumulator to the bottom of the filter. This should mean the fittings on the bottom of both fuel filters are the same. SO if I were to buy a 930 fuel filter, the line to the accumulator will fit along with the CIS line then to the filter.

Now who would carry that locally, besides the dealer.

I don't even bother wasting time with the factory filters.
I'd recommend going with a proper aftermarket unit as often they make servicing more of a pleasure.

Thanks for the info, I usually do the same but our local auto parts stores dont seem to carry them.

Do you live in the Indian Wells community in Palm Springs? Just happened to notice that in you profile.

XRP works well. I've used AEM units. Amongst others.
Besure to the right size fitting / inlet out let.

Any idea of those sizes? I see the top fitting on my SC filter is too big.

No, I am from WI and still here.
I stayed in Indian Wells about 15 yrs ago when I was with a friend on spring break in college. His mom lived there. Played a round on the IW golf course and went to the IW tennis tournament. It was a lot of fun, even met Anna Kournikova and played tennis on a court next to Sampras there in I.W.
Went to a club I think was named Bananas, wonder if it is still there.

I think my best option is to get another fitting like the one that is on the bottom of the SC filter.
