Help identifing a part number
 

Can anyone identify a part number for the hose in the pic. The hose runs from the kick panel blower to inside of the trunk. I have tried several ways to look it up here but I can't seem to find it. As you can see mine has a slight tear in it.

Mark the hose I need is number 6 in the third illustration. Would you happen to have the part number for that hose? Thanks for all of the help
