Time to get out the gages and check your pressures.
System pressure should be ~95+psi, cold ~35psi @ 70F, and warm ~50psi. First and foremost is your system pressure. If the ballooning was indeed caused by a blockage then the system pressure should be down off spec.

I didn't get time to put gauges on it, but I did mess with the mixture screw and richened it (clockwise). It started and ran, albeit not very well, but it ran. I adjusted the screw more, but it doesn't "click" anymore. Should it? I think it is till lean. I need to see what the control pressure is and also put an LM1 on it. I didn't have the tailpipe adaptor and there is not a bung on this exhaust.

I checked the resistance on the WUR and it is 27ohms. I think that is too high. Should I replace or dismantle and clean?
