How hot can a intercooler get?

looking for replacement host for the intercooler to AAR.
The hose i got goes to 350F.
Will that do?

That hose will be more than enough . . . not even the engine oil gets anywhere near 350F.

Actually, as long as the motor is running it is cooled by the air flow through the inside and the outside of the core.

The intercooler gets hottest during the first half hour of heat soak after a full operating temperature shut down.

anyway, even a cheap water heater hose will work fine and a silicone water heater hose is better and will basically last forever since they don't dry rot.
