need help with clutch

I change my clutch on my 930 3.3l and dose not want to release,it is a new clutch kit Sachs, the flywheel is 10.74 mm but the clutch disck dose not touche the fly wheel, and dose not want to release, clutch paddle is little lower and little hard, and when the engine is running I can't put into any gear, my mechanic adjust the clutch cable by the book the engine is on the floor now before we put back on we try to find the problem, if you have any info. give me a call at 602-639-3186.

Did you take the retaining pins out of the pressure plate??? :0

I would be willing to bet that your mechanic has not adjusted the Throwout lever and Adjustment lever properly. Make sure that the Thowout lever takes up the slack between the Throwout bearing and the pressure plate fingers. Not sure what DSPTurtle means by "retaining pins".

Thank you Norm !!!! you right my mech. did not ajust throwout right, and this is the first time working on Porsche 930 , but now is very hard to put into reverse and when is going into reverse is making noise.

You need to make a small adjustment at the shift rod coupler connection to the transmission.
