930 Resto Complete
One pic of before, and a few of the complete project.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It was plenty of time and money, but I am happy with the result. The body was a mess, but no rust. All new rubbers and seals. I hope you like it. One more 930 saved. ![]() Now to lower it ,and get those headers and exhaust from Brian.

Great job. The car looks brand new. Great looking parking spot as well. Enjoy her for years to come!

Interesting, and I was thinking of asking him what he did with his original boxed rockers. Thinking of putting them on my non slant 930.

Thanks for the kind words, Gents.
Cole, your correct, time to drive the hell out of it. The pics dont do it justice, it is awesome. This was my dads car over 20 years ago, so to get it back and restore it, has been a real joy. It was the first car I ever drove on the road. When he sold it ,I always wanted to get it back as my own. That has taken twenty years, but worth the wait. Thanks again.

Gorgeous car, even though the pic's are a little blurry.
Question...on 1 side of the car, there is a grill setup at the rear qtr, but not the other side. Some cooling/venting to something other than stock?

Vas:
Man, you really got to me. My dad dropped dead at 47, I was 19, and had stupidly volunteered to be thrown out of an airplane someplace in SE Asia. I didn't know my dad had even died for nearly 3 weeks. I've missed him and thought of him every day for 48 years. He would have loved the "Old Sled". Really touched me when you said you got your dad's car back, that's absolutely awsome. I'm really happy for you and thank you for sharing, you made my day. Cole

"Time to un-pimp das Auto"!
I, too, prefer the standard rockers and rear flares. The silver is beautiful. It just looks right on a German muscle car. Congratulations!
