Two Fuel Pumps on 930 set-up...supposed to be running thru 1 fuse? A bit lost!

I updated Spring 2010 to a 86' 930 engine.

I am a bit confused about this fuel system. Originally, car had only 1 front fuel pump, so here are some questions:

1. Should BOTH fuel pumps be running thru a single fuse on the fuse block?

2. Car started loosing power/boost around 4500 RPM's...checked, and found one of the RED relays was bad(put into Horn receptacle, and it would not honk). Can this car actually RUN on only a single fuel pump??

Cleaned some rubber that actually made it in between the this RED relay contact, and placed it in the Horn receptacle...HONK! Yet, when placed back in the fuel-pump receptacle, car runs the same!

So did I kill one of the pumps(yet they both hum when ignition turns on)?...AND the car WILL run with only 1 relay(with either one)...I am confused!

Any advice, or fuel system diagrams that could help me solve this would be great.

Car also starts up fine, runs smooth...sounds normal...but ain't got it's MOJO.

Thanks for feedback/help/diagrams!

Additionally, a good upgrade is the Lee Rice dual fuse mod as seen in the tech articles here on Pelican...
