Anyone running 17" or 18" Fuchs on 930
Like the look of Fuchs, just not sure about using old centers to make new rims. Any thoughts & pictures would be appreciated. Thanks

Blownsix Design
As we ordered from BlownsixDesign this set of wheels and couple intercoolers (930 full width race application and 993 TT full width application) they turned out to be quite ok in terms of quality. My green has been running the 930 application with success. The intercoolers then we got in few weeks, but the delivery for the wheels took some 1,5 years (?) and when they finally arrived, they were build together in wrong order, to say: one front centre was build with rear lips and vice versa. Whasoever, we just put them in parts and they turned out to be ok. Only that the client who ordered those from me, canceled the order (couldn't deny: noboody can expect and accept delivery time in years nowadays), bought some other set and these are now useless in my garage, haven't used them yet. As far as I know the B6 company is Canadian, but the wheels are fabricated in China, as we found similar products there through our other subcontractor. So if you are considering Fikse wheels, I recommend them with all my credits as well as Forgelines we have been running with success: delivery works great, order is precisely what you ask and they are highest quality you can imagine. And since we have a knowledge of real fabricator, I don't dare to ask that much of money from those wheels I paid to B6, so they will stay as a curiosity in my garage for reminding me not to go too far from the reliable long term subcontractors. www.gtracer.fi petri, a car enthusiast in Finland I surely like the products of B6 but I have been too scared to order with such delivery times for my friends or for myself. Some months is ok, but full 2 driving seasons passed is kind of a lot i quess. Br. Petri |
Any other 18s out there?

These guys are working on one
wheels page :: Fuchs Performance Group Sometime over the summer they thought they could have something by the end of the year. I sent an email a week or so ago asking for an update and I don't think they replied, but I could have missed it. |
Doesn't look like it will be for our 930s. We'll have to wait and see.

17 inch Tru Design wheels off my 86 3.2 Targa. They fit perfect with factory spacers. Waiting on some Zuffenhaus Fuchs for it, once they are done the Tru Designs go back on the Targa.
