Proper Fuel Line / Injector Torque

What are you guys torquing these respective items down to? I don't want to over tighten and damage threads or connectors.

CIS fuel injector to isolation block using the crush washer: 22 ft-lb.
Fuel lines to injectors: 8 ft-lb.
