Decel Valve on an 81?

Did the 81 930s had the decel valve or vaccum limiter?

As far as I know all 930s had a decel valve.

CIS or k-jetronic mechanical injection was designed to meet epa emissions and I think all cars equipped with it had an intake manifold vacuum limiter valve. A big saucer shaped one or adjustable small one.
They lowered exhaust emissions during deceleration and are sometimes called an anti-backfire valve on other cars.

You can accomplish the same thing they do by not lifting or closing throttle all the way when decelerating but thats kinda weird and no fun at all.

Is there a close up picture of where it is located and how it is installed as my car seems to be missing this and I would like to refit it.

The decel valve is labeled "A" in this photo:
