Just registered.

Been following the forum for years and have gotten plenty of good info, just wanted to introduce myself, and of course the obligatory pics. 1986 930.

The bar is a DAS Sport, had to tweak it a little so the seats wouldn't rub. Nice bar and good people to deal with.

Cool.

May I ask what you did to the bar to stop the rubbing?

I think there's someone on here also with an '86 white/red 930, or maybe he has an '87. I think his name is "WillTel".

Be safe, have a good evening!

Cheers

I just trimmed the forward mounting foot a bit, made a huge difference, didn't want to scuff up the seats.

Maybe it's me but I see the hose from the intercooler that usualy goes to the AAR is instead going to the back of the engine. Do you not have an AAR? Beautiful car by the way.

Very nice indeed, but you need to mist some oil and dust on there somewhere to make those engine picts real. Tell me that she isn't a garage queen, that she gets exercised regularly, and that you're simply fastideous in your care and feeding of her.

My car is an '87. It is pretty similar but mine doesn't have sport seats and has deviating carpets in black. At this point it is unlikely that it will ever run again during my tenure.
