I do enjoy my 82-SC 915-did a rebuild--shifts like butter-Can put it in 1st almost at an speed, but I would not do that. Top end rebuild 3.3T engine in car-Cams-7006-No AC-etc..etc..

My car came with a factory short-shift..Im at this point I want more top-end 140mph-6000rpm--msd6al-cut off pill.

The car is running very well. Just upgraded to a kep-alum. pp- clutch-level 2 and an andial intercooler. I made a shrould with good success.

Now, I am getting greedy..I want more top end...etc..etc..
I know in the future, my taste will go either the 996tt or 964T-3.6 EFI/E-85 ROUTE. Will have to be crazy #'s at the wheels.

What can I say, its never enough.

My car has the mds and 6500 pil and andial intercooler with sc cams as well.Tell me about the shroud? Anywaywhile versusing my friends cls550last night , I noticed a pronounced clutch smell andI'm pretty sure I didn't slip the clutch. Im pretty sure my 225mm powerclutch is working overtime. Tell me more about the kep offering?
Brian Bodart mentioned that I would be safe at 1 bar!! So I'm trying to make adjustments to safely allow that, but feel the clutch might be at it's limits. Did you use this power clutch and any info about it would be appreciated.

I used the Sachs Sport Clutch with my 915/3.3T combo. Held strong for 10+ years and hundreds of 2nd gear tire fryers.

Maybe thats what I have too, it's the aluminum pressureplate kit. Is that the sport clutch or is there another? I thought it was called the powerclutch.
