Clutch Chatter Help

After the engine rebuild my clutch chatters on take off in low. I have reajusted the clutch several times with no improvement. With the engine rebuild I replaced the TOB, disc and pilot bearing. Flywheel and pressure plates looked good and measured flat. Did not have this problem prior to the tear down. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
