Help with epoxy question

In search of a potential vacuum leak, I was trying to get a hose off when the nipple end of the lid cover came out of the lid body (see pic).

Anyone have a suggestion on what to use to glue this back in there?

Also, if this was leaking (before I reefed on it :) ), could that be my leak source.

Thanks.

This is very common and JB Weld works perfectly here (I speak from experience)!

There's another goofy one in the intake manifold below that one. Might as well see if it's loose and glue it back in if it is.

JB Weld. Can fix the crack of dawn and mend a broken heart!

thx for the other suggestions too!
