father's day trip

My trip to the Porsche Museum in Gmund Austria. I also drove the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse on the way home. It was a great weekend with my wife.

Guten Tag Tops911!

Great pics up in the Alps, doesnt get any better than that, just curious did you take your 930 over from the Us or acquire in Germany? There is some great roads from Bamburg south towards Wurtzburg. If you get a chance some amazing fun roads over in Baden Wurtenberg also, along the Kocher river from Schwaebisch Hall Eastward towards Oberkessach, and along the river, trust me I ve roadtested them, from years worked there, also from Schwaebisch Hall some great back roads in to Esslingen and Stuttgart, PM if you'd like more tips.. Great car, have fun over there! Check out the vinage rally series too, look uo Langenburg Klassic, and there will be links..

Viel Spass beim fahren!

Ben

Here is a shot of a 356 wooden buck for fitting hand formed body panels, there was a 550 spyder buck too.

66cal912 thanks for the suggestions for some trips; sad to say my driving in Germany is over for the season. I will be leaving for a deployment (I'm a couple of days from flying out) and upon my return I'll be moving back to the States. So in reality I have only a couple of months left in Germany.
I brought my car over here just so I could experience the thrill of driving the car on the autobahns like it was designed for. I did "crash" the ADAC Bavaria Classic Rally a month ago. I ended up following a couple of cars to figure out where they were meeting.
Take care Frank
