Front fender splash guard

Thought this may be of use to some:

I while back I was looking for some paint protection for my wife's AM rear fenders as the wheel sticks ever so slightly past the sheet metal. I've known of this part for Jag XK-series cars...specifically the Silverstone edition that I thought would work. I imported a set and immediately noticed how nice they would compliment (in my opinion at least), the turbo's front fenders. I went and ordered a second updated set and with a bit of modifications, I think they not only look very smart, but also look factory, install like factory and keep off some debris...especially on the lower third of the fender. They are very subtle, but the added detail is quite nice particularly because these cars have so much contrasting black trim.

Have a look at the pics and if interested, I will gladly give you guys all the info and how-to's. If someone has no desire to tackle it, I may make a set ready for you...nominal of fee of course...don't want to, nor do I have the time to make this a side thing so we'll take it one at a time if it turns out to be needed.

I likey, What if the fenders are rolled? Looks like it attaches to the fender but might not work if the fender lip were rolled?

Take pics from farther way, like so we could see the whole side.

Here you are. The are very small...only stick out about 1/2" at the widest part then taper to zero at both ends...they are asymmetrical front to back. The parts don't cover more than 1mm of the face of the fender...there is a tiny recess so it mates cleanly but does not hide any exterior of fender.

Depending on how rolled the fenders are you could forego using the clips as there is also a foam tape that needs to be applied to the recessed inside portion of the part that mates to the inner fender lip. With just the tape I felt I didn't need the clips...it was really stout but i bought them so I used them.
