Thinking about repainting the car and wondering ballpark what i should expect to pay for the car being stripped and completely repainted.

All depends on the amount of bodywork, minimum 5k and max 10K plus.

Doing any of it yourself? It can make an enormous difference if you are.

You also need to introduce yourself and post pictures of how it looks now.

That's like asking me what size shoe I'm wearing.

Does the car currently have damage? Has the car ever been damaged? If so how was it repaired? Any replacement panels? What's the current condition of the paint? Where has the car spent most of it's life? Has it been exposed to salt? What condition is the rubber in? Will it all need to be replaced? What color is the car? What type of paint do you want to use? ETC ETC ETC

These are all factors in determining cost and you're not giving us much to go off of.
