here are a few pics of my setup ... not completely finished yet, as I have to add some surround insulation around the coolers... but you get the idea...

In the third picture, you can see what path some of the air will take..... that is looking through the air duct in the front bumper cap... there is another air inlet under that that i can also duct to each cooler, respectively...

What sizes are fittings, lines etc. and where did you source it?

I agree.
I started this thread to show how I was able to cool my 930 for stop and go city traffic with out altering the appearance from stock.
It is kind of funny how side track threads can get
