k27/k29 info

Hello all, I am currently helping a friend choose a turbo for his 83 euro 930. He is considering a k27/k29 hybrid and my main question is what type of modifications are needed for fitting this turbo. He has been told that he'll need to modify the inlet side. What exactly does this mean? He will be adding a set of B&B headers and muffler, adjustable wur, msd, and open air filter at the same time. Thank you for your time......Ben

I just installed mine, as long as the flange on the exhaust is made for a K27 you're good. If not, you'll have to change that.
