Base throttle plate setting ?

So I pull the intake out of the bin, that I neatly placed it in when I dis-assembled, and as I am putting it in the tank for a quick rinse , before installation, I notice that the screw that the throttle arm rests in is not there, and the plate is binding in the bore. This car ran and idled perfect before tear down, so, either this was a Previous owners hack, or a mouse came and twisted that bolt out, and stole it. I made up a screw with a locknut real quick, but due to its location, is going to be a royal pain to adjust with the intercooler on, and the motor in the car. A quick search turned up nothing, I'll dig though the factory manual tonight, but figured cannot hurt to ask here. Thanks
