i can pull a vacuum on it and it holds all the way thru. i have questioned the DOD since i got the car. the knob turns very easily. i had it out once but could not really tell anything as far as does it work. i will pull it again, just dont know when

how much should it add to the boost? if i have a .6 spring, should it go to 1bar?

Manual boost controllers work by reducing the pressure seen by the WG so you need to do a pressure check before and after the DOD not a vacuum check.

i thought mine took a portion of the boost pressure and put it back on top of the diaphragm to add to the spring tension. this was just my quick analisys of how the system works.

i may use this line to hook up a temperary gage to see what my boost pressure is to the WG vs in the manifold. i want to see what the pressure does above the throttle plate vs below
