So I am back in Germany, after last years failed attempt to ship my 87 Stateside due to mechanical issues. The car is sorted out & I have been driving thru the Fatherland, I must say I am in heaven with the roads & derestricted Autobahn. Here are some pics of the car at the "Ring". I will post again when the car is in the USA.

Well I guess if you've got to be stuck somewhere, the Fatherland isn't too bad an option! A great place to drive these cars for what they're made for, without too much concern for "the law" getting after you. State-side...well...you know the drill. The worse that they can do is slap you with negligent driving, give you a huge fine, and jerk your license. The price we pay.....

Just a guess here but I'll bet both occupants and the car are giggling like school girls. I'd love to just see the ring once day. Can't imagine driving my car around it.

Car does look very composed, white 930s are my favorite, keen to hear about your set up.

Hey guys thanks for the nice comments. As for the set up. Car is a bone stock euro spec 930. Conti tires, only ones I could find here. Walt, yes I was in Long Beach during Sandy, lost my Kawasaki ZX10. Thank god I could not get the car here last Sept or it would have been under water & I would be a suicide victim. As for getting it to USA, I am using BLG a German export forwarder, all seems a go, I will report more after the process. I did shoot onboard video at the Green Hell but have not edited yet as I am still in Germany. A note here, I did not drive the car during tourist drive days rather closed track day with my buddies at RSR Nurburg. Google it. Some more pics for you.
