Boost pressure question

Dear 930 friends,

my K27-7200 needs a rebuilt since I have a little smoke at 1000 rpm so I was thinking of slightly increasing the turbo pressure after the rebuilt for more sensations.

I searched for a 0,9 bar boost spring but can't find one. I have a 1987 stock engine with 160 000 kms on the clock, perfectly functioning.

What do you think of a 1 bar boost spring (stock IC)?
I thought of using an ajustable turbo pressure device but I don't like this solution (risks).
I still have the stock wastegate.
Any advices are welcome thanks

First question: Is the engine all stock (cams, muffler, ignition, etc) If so, there will be much difference from stock to 0.9bar of boost. From 0.9 to 1.0bar it's only little due the limitations of the package. On the other side, if not track used, 1.0bar will be only little if any risk at all.

Spring itself are different from each source sometimes, named as 0.9 but 1.0 in real world, 1.0 are 1.0, etc... Search for boost in general here and you will find a lot of info.

You're in France, so here is a source:
