77 4spd & 3ltr SC clutch and fly doable?
Looking at putting a short bell '77 930 4 speed into my '77 911 with a 3ltr turbo/efi SC motor.
My current motor has a nice lightweight fly wheel and 4 puck brass button clutch in it that I would like to keep using if I can. My question is will all my stuff starter, clutch, flywheel, throw out bearing etc work with a short bell 930 box? I am trying to keep it all as "bolt in" as I can as I know its just a matter of time before I kill the 915. I did a search but couldn't find an answer.

The76/77 turbo clutch uses the Turbo specific TOB that locates, but doesnt mount, into the pressure plate.
Flywheel, and clutch should be usable but a specific PP and Tob for the 77 turbo should be used. Bruce |

If your currently using a 915 geqrbox it has a smaller input shaft then the 930 box so the disk wont work.

Probably be ahead time wise to just sell your clutch setup with flywheel and get the one that fits better?
BTW where and how much was was your short bell 930? Jealous
