Everything is at turbokraft for machine work and I did have to get the valve pockets cut larger. but since they are JE pistons the domes were thick enough to accomodate it. Going crazy waiting to get everything back so I can start working on it again.

3.4 makes a difference. So does compression. If you're going JE, the world is your oyster.

Yeah I'm going crazy wanting to get started on this again. But i'll probably have everything arrive about the time I need to head out of town for my fall refueling outage work.

Going to work on a few of the rods a little more, tighten up the weight variance a little more. Pistons + pins are within the margin of error on the digital gram scale, and when paired with the correct rod, the total variation from lightest to heaviest assembly should be 0.1g.

So nice looking it's almost a shame to put it in the car and fill it with oil.

I think the A/R was 1.0 I looked at the garrett web site and it didn't list the specs for the twin scroll version. I'll have a guard differential on order pretty soon also. I guess he's waiting for some to be built at the moment. I think the next thing I have to figure out is building a wiring harness, half stock and the rest EFI for the megasquirt. Have to have at least the part that hooks to the back of the alternator when the engine shroud goes on. The stock harness is really brittle and not good shape.

Well the cam towers and engine case were both about ready to ship back home. Had to call them and tell them to keep everything unitl Irma Blows through. I was afraid they would be in some UPS warehouse about the time the storm rolled through and destroyed it.
