NOS Turbo Fender?

I was about to go post this fender for sale and wanted some good pictures and see a couple things that make me pause. I picked this up over a year ago from a Porsche repair dealer who went out of business over 25 years ago. He stashed a bunch of the parts and I picked them up from him. Have used lots of them for my own projects, but needed to generate some cash, so I am finally letting some of them go. Can anyone confirm or otherwise if this in fact a NOS turbo fender? It looks like the flare is welded on.Maybe they were in the factory, but I thought it was one piece. The part number that was written on whats left of the tape, very vague now looks like 930 503 031. Cannot read anything else. Thank you!

the early fenders -79 were welded, the later 86- were one piece
