repainting my car have a few trim Rubber questions

hi guys I will be repainting my car this winter , car has original paint will a lot of rock chips.

1- should the window scraper miss like 1/4 inch to it?
2- does the gap on top of the door look ok?
3-does my rocker rubber look ok again with a gap.
4- I see a lot of aftermarket rubber "uro" for our cars is the quality ok?

Thanks
Erick

#1 = Your window scraper rubber has shrunk - new will fill the complete space and might actually be too long and you will need to trim it to fit.

#3 = Your rocker rubber looks to have shrunk as well, or is not fully seated the entire length of the rail, as it should go all the way under the metal end cap.
