Help with vacuum routes please

I've re-connected all the hoses as they were when I got the motor, but the shop manual shows some different things. First; this is an 83 930/66 motor. The first pic, looking at the back of the throttle body: The small black cloth hose with the white lettering is routed to the back of the distributor vacuum pot. The blue hose, in the second pic, comes from the front of throttle body and is routed to the front of the vacuum pot on the distributor. Are these backwards? The manual shows that a Euro motor only has vacuum advance.
Also, in the first pic there is a line coming from the WUR, by the electric plug, that the manual shows going to the air cleaner. On this engine it is routed to the right side of the tee on the back of the throttle body, and there is a (Y) connecter with a small hose going to the small tube on the front of the WUR. This doesn't seem right; is it?
If anyone has the shop manual; on page 26-40, there is a picture of the thermo valve. My engine doesn't have this or the wiring to support it. It also shows a line running to a banjo fitting just above it, into the diverter valve assembly. The second picture shows this blocked off on my engine. Any thoughts on this? As always: Thank you very much in advance!

Thanks anyway Robby. I marked everything, and took lots of photos so I could return everything to its original location. The problem is that I got ahold of a factory manual, and it looks like the way things were, may not be the right way. I hope some of our brain trust will weigh-in.

I guess it's ok. That hose will release gas if the WUR ruptures inside otherwise it is not in use. Some people cap it, i have mine routed through the tin underneath the car in a spot away from heat instead.

Here is a vac diagram of routing if emissions is removed.

Thanks for posting that diagram! Is the vacuum advance, shown there, coming from the small port on the front of the throttle body?
