Thank Magnus!!!

Hi guys,

Magnus Walker was kind enough to host a couple of us pelicans at his shop last Thursday. He took the time to give us a whole tour of his whole place!!! He was extremely patient and his wife was a very accommodating host. They are a class act. His passion for Porsche is very clear and he is very knowledgable way beyond me. It was a good time over all. We also did a few back roads per his recommendation. Here's a couple pics.

Angels Crest Hwy

Rock store off Mulholland

We even had a fan of our 3 930's stop by

Last stop before heading back to SD. Good times!!!

That's awesome! Looks like a great time and it's great to hear that Magnus is a cool guy to other Porsche aficionados.

There was another guy there too. He didn't have a porsche and I didn't know him, but Magnus was cool to all of us. But............... We brought the "Turbo Fever" action!!!

Magnus is a true gentleman, he hasn't got into the 3.3L turbos yet but a quick spin in Kelly's 557 rwhp monster may change his mind ...

Turbo Fever is alive and well!

I just watched "King of the Mountain" again for the first time in years. This winter is like it's out of Game of Thrones. The roads here are a pot hole disaster too- the worst I can remember. Meanwhile you left coasters are out roosting around. Damn!
Thanks for the post.

Thanks for posting.
Good to hear that Magnus was a class bloke.
After your visit, I reckon he'll be getting into the 3.3 930's soon!
Cheers,

Iain

Care to share those Magnus-approved routes? I'm in SoCal every now and again, would be nice to explore them even in a Hertz
